What do you need to start an OEM programme?
A drawing, sample or reference image, target dimensions, intended material or finish direction, expected order quantity and the destination market. If any of that is undecided, we propose options with cost implications instead of waiting for a complete brief.
Do you manufacture in-house?
Yes. Cutting, turning, carving, sanding, finishing, inspection and packing all happen inside our Moradabad facility, supported by a network of 200+ artisan partners for hand-carving and specialist finishing work.
How is private label handled?
Your brand appears on the product and the packaging: laser engraving or branding on the piece, printed inners, hangtags, barcoded labels, and carton marking to your artwork. Designs developed exclusively for a buyer stay with that buyer.
Which incoterms and shipping arrangements do you work with?
FOB, CIF and DDP. Export documentation, container loading and coordination with your freight forwarder or ours are handled end to end.
What quality standard do you inspect against?
AQL 2.5 is our baseline across in-process, pre-pack and pre-dispatch inspections, benchmarked against the approved sample. Buyers who require third-party inspection are given facility access.
Do you keep artisan and material information traceable?
Yes — timber source, workshop and finishing details are recorded per programme so a repeat order reproduces the same piece, and so buyers can answer their own sourcing questions.
