Specification

Questions buyers ask before sampling.

Which woods do you use for kitchenware?

Primarily acacia, mango and sheesham, with neem, Indian teak and eucalyptus for specific finishes and price points. All timber is kiln-seasoned and moisture-checked before cutting so boards and bowls stay stable in dry or humid destination markets.

How are the pieces finished?

Food-contact items are sanded progressively and finished with food-safe oil or wax. Decorative surfaces can be stained, matte-lacquered, antiqued or left raw. Finish tone is matched to an approved buyer sample.

Can you produce to our drawings and branding?

Yes. We manufacture to buyer drawings, CAD files, physical samples or reference photographs, and add laser engraving, branding, hangtags, labels and barcoded retail packaging under our OEM and private-label programme.

How is kitchenware packed for export?

Individual protection, retail-ready inner packaging where required, then master cartons with buyer carton marking and container-rated palletisation. We handle FOB, CIF and DDP shipments with full export documentation.
